One person hospitalized in stabbing near Clinton Township coffee shop

Investigation is ongoing

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police in Clinton Township are investigating a stabbing that happened Tuesday, Nov. 7.

The incident took place in the morning near a coffee shop by the intersection of Garfield and 19 Mile roads. It’s currently unknown if it happened inside the business or not.

Police said one person was stabbed and they are being treated for their injuries at a hospital. Their condition, as well as the circumstances that led to the stabbing, are unknown.

No one has been taken into custody, but police do not believe there is a threat to the public.
