From 4 Warn Weather: From cold to snow. There will be a chance for rounds of snow showers on Thursday and Friday. Before daybreak on Thursday, we will see snow roll through the area. Data suggests we could see some big flakes and quick accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. This will mainly be a morning event, so with temperatures in the teens, expect this to quickly stick and create some traffic trouble for the morning commute. We get a break on Thursday afternoon and then another upper-level system will bring a second round of snow on Friday with another chance for a widespread 1 to 3 inches. Highs stay below average, in the 20s, through the weekend.
