The hottest spot for delirious Lions fans was at Pro Sports Zone at Laurel Park Place in Livonia.

The Lions faithful were walking on air on this victory on Monday, strolling into the small shop with an extensive team section.

The owner of Pro Sports Zone is the dream John Yu made happen, which was to have people shopping locally for Lions gear.

“As soon as we opened this morning, the phone was ringing off of the hook and people were rushing in to get anyting with a Lions logo,” said Yu. “Don’t forget about the new Amon-Ra St. Brown tee shirt and hoodies as well.”

Fans, customers and the mother of St. Brown were inside the building snatching up more Lions gear for her trip to the NFC Championship game.

“We had no idea how this was going to play out in the city of Detroit, but it’s just an amazing experience for him,” said Miriam Brown. “When he goes somewhere, people go to him and say thank you. It’s such an overwhelming feeling.”

Brown’s mother is from Germany. She had two friends with her at Sunday’s game. She said her and her best friend’s ears were still ringing from the crowd’s noise.
