The 37th District Court has bound over two men from Detroit to Macomb County Circuit Court for their alleged role in human trafficking ring.
The men were bound over on Friday (Jan. 26).

Allegedly, on Nov. 3, 2023, a human trafficking victim escaped Aaron Kaycee-Lynardo Streetly, 38, and Bernard Desean Harris, 23, who forced her to perform sex acts with multiple men for money at a Warren motel.
Streety is charged with human trafficking enterprise involving kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct or death (Life felony), criminal sexual conduct in the first degree (Life Felony), prostitution/pandering (20 year-felony), unlawful imprisonment (15-year felony), and felony firearm (Two-year mandatory felony).
The 38-year-old is being charged as a habitual third-offense offender. He was arraigned on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, where bond was set at $2 million cash/surety in Warren District Court.
Harris is charged with human trafficking enterprise involving kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct or death (Life felony), criminal sexual conduct in the first degree (Life felony), prostitution/pandering (20-year felony), unlawful imprisonment (15-year felony), unlawful imprisonment (15-year felony) and four counts of felony firearm (two-year mandatory felony for each count).
The 23-year-old was charged on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, in Warren District Court, and his bond was set at $500,000 cash/surety.
“Our pursuit of justice is resolute, and we stand united in the fight against the crime of human trafficking, advocating for the rights and dignity of the victims involved,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.
Both men are scheduled to be charged on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the Macomb County Circuit Court.
