Background: Warren man faces murder charge in death of wife

Ricardo Orozco is accused of stabbing his wife to death. Prosecutors said police found him and the body of his wife in a Dodge Durango that was parked at a Warren gas station Sept. 30. She was in the back of the Dodge and had multiple stab wounds.

Orozco was charged in October with second-degree murder and was given a bond of $2 million cash/surety.

A judge ruled Tuesday, Jan 30, that there was enough evidence for Orozco to be bound over for trial. He is expected to return to court Feb. 15.
