3 new restaurants opening this summer in Oakland County

New food options at outdoor shopping center

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Three new restaurants are opening at the Village of Rochester Hills this summer.

The three restaurants -- The Jackson, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, and Pokeworks -- will join the lineup at the outdoor shopping center on North Adams Road at the corner of Walton and Adams in Rochester Hills.

Bravo Italian Kitchen, Kruse & Muer, Mitchell’s Fish Market, P.F. Chang’s, Shake Shack, Chipotle, and The Jagged Fork are already open at The Village.

The Jackson will offer a new style of restaurant to The Village of Rochester Hills’ culinary landscape inspired by the avant-garde artistry of Jackson Pollock. This modern restaurant will offer an artistic take on food and drinks. Vaiciunas, a native of Rochester Hills, will create a a menu focusing on artistic presentation, seasonality, and local sourcing providing a captivating and dynamic dining experience for the community.

Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, a pioneer in blending authentic Korean and American flavors, will bring the fresh and fun, made-to-order Korean Corn Dog fast-casual restaurant to Rochester Hills. Since its establishment in 2019, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs has grown to operate over 73 stores in 14 states.

Pokeworks, founded in 2015, is on a mission to share its love for fresh, healthy, and delicious poke with the world. Poke, a renowned staple of Hawaiian cuisine, takes center stage at Pokeworks. The brand’s innovative Poke Your Way™ approach revolutionizes the way guests can customize their poke orders to match their specific dietary preferences, including vegan, gluten-free, and other mindful diets.

The Jackson, Two Hands Fresh Corn Dogs, and Pokeworks will open at The Village of Rochester Hills in the Spring/Summer of 2024. Grand opening events to be announced soon.
