PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police say they have positively identified the man who was seen installing a fake camera at a voting location in Plymouth Township.

The man who has been spotted committing what officials are calling “Voter Intimidation” was spotted on two separate devices that were placed in January and February at Risen Christ Lutheran Church on Ann Arbor Road.

The man, whose actions have been labeled as ‘Voter Intimidation,’ is actively cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

Apparently, the first device was a security-style camera fixed to a light pole with a zip tie.

Officials say the second time the man came around, he placed a device on the ground with a flashing mechanism attached to it.
