- Who did James Crumbley threaten? This happened outside of court, but according to the Oakland County Jail, he made threatening calls and electronic communications from jail. So now he can only talk to his attorney or a clergy member for the duration of the trial.
- The assistant principal from Oxford High School testified about confronting the shooter in the hallway. They showed the video in court and it left James Crumbley in tears.
- We saw video of James and Jennifer Crumbley in the substation with their son after the shooting -- James yelled “I love you” several times to his son. But the prosecution inferred that James just wanted to drown out the shooter from admitting he did it.
- The gun store manager testified she sold the 9mm handgun to James four days before the shooting and that it came with a case and a lock.
- The computer crimes expert testified that after James met with school officials the day of the shooting, he never went home -- instead doing 4 DoorDash trips. Prosecutors trying to infer that after seeing the infamous math paper with gun drawings and blood, James should have checked for the gun.
