Man wanted in connection with breaking-and-entering, theft on Detroit’s east side

DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is seeking information regarding a person of interest linked to a breaking-and-entering on the city’s east side.

The incident occurred on Tuesday (Feb. 27) at 8:12 p.m. in the 1500 block of Woodward Avenue, where officials say a man stole merchandise before fleeing on foot.

The man is described to be in his late 40s, wearing a gray hat, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
