Two men who were involved in a string of vehicle break-ins at fitness and daycare centers in Troy have been arrested and charged.
The two men are held at Oakland County Jail and were arraigned on Monday (March 18). Both were charged with 10-count warrants for breaking and entering an auto and conspiracy.
Officials said the two men were in a group of three, which involved a 30-year-old woman from Florida who was fatally struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound around 7:30 a.m. on M-59 in Oakland County on Friday (March 16).
Officers of the Troy Special Investigations Unit and Shelby Township Special Investigations Unit were investigating the three Florida residents who were targeting larceny from vehicles in the parking lots of fitness and daycare centers.
