Sherman Hayner has been arrested for selling narcotics in St. Clair County. The St. Clair County Drug Taskforce arrested Hayner after the conclusion of an investigation.

Officials say DTF executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Griswold Street in Port Huron after locating and arresting Hayner during a traffic stop on Thursday (March 14).

During the search of the vehicle and his home, officials said they found two grams of crystal methamphetamine, scales, ammunition, $754, packaging material, and narcotics paraphernalia.

Hayner was charged with possession with intent to deliver crystal methamphetamine, dangerous drugs (x2), and possession of a prohibited weapon on Sunday, March 15.

Bond for Hayner was set at $20,000.
