First Lady Jill Biden is traveling to Michigan and New York this week for campaign events.
Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, a key player in the Biden campaign, will join Biden. They will arrive at Marquette Sawyer Regional Airport in Gwinn, Michigan, on Thursday (May 16) at 2 p.m.
The First Lady and Second Gentleman will deliver remarks at a political event in Marquette, Michigan, at 3 p.m. Thursday, then they will arrive at Chippewa County County International Airport in Kincheloe, Michigan, at 5 p.m.
Biden and Emhoff will deliver remarks at a 6 p.m. community event with the Bay Mills Indian Community and the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
Attendees must RSVP by Wednesday, May 15, at 3 p.m.
Biden and Emhoff will participate in a community listening session about health care with members of the Bay Mills Indian Community and the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians on Friday, May 17, at 12 p.m.
The First Lady and Second Gentleman will arrive at MBS International Airport in Freeland, Michigan, at 3 p.m. and deliver remarks at a political event in Midland, Michigan, at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
Attendees must RSVP by Thursday, May 16, by 9 a.m.
Biden and Emhoff will then arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport at 7 p.m., where they will deliver remarks at a political event on Saturday, May 18, at 11:30 a.m.
They will then deliver remarks at a political event in New York at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday to cap off the campaign events.
