ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – Comet Burgers is opening a location in St. Clair Shores in the summer of 2024.
Comet Burgers is known for its old school 50s design. Their Royal Oak menu features sliders, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chili cheese fries, waffle fries, fried mushrooms, macaroni and cheese bites, and more.
The St. Clair Shores Comet Burgers will be located in what was a Checkers restaurant at 24101 Harper Avenue.
The restaurant has not announced an official opening date, but they will be giving out free sliders during the St. Clair Shores Memorial Day parade while supplies last on Sunday, May 26, 2024.
The St. Clair Shores Memorial Day parade starts at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2024, and takes place along Harper Avenue from Ridgeway Street to 11 Mile Road.
