Warren Man Bound Over to Macomb County Circuit Court for Allegedly Killing His Wife

Antonio Askew, 41, was sent over to Macomb County Circuit Court for allegedly shooting and killing his wife, Eboni Askew, 34.

Antonio is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, June 24, at 1:30 p.m.

It is alleged that on Friday, February 16, Antonio shot and killed his 34-year-old wife in their Warren home.

Askew is charged with second-degree murder (life felony) and felony firearm (two-year mandatory felony).

“The tragic and senseless killing of this woman, allegedly by her husband, underscores the urgent need to end domestic violence in our community. We are committed to seeking justice for the victim and her family, and we will not rest until this epidemic of violence is eradicated,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.
