Ascension put out a statement during their cybersecurity event update on Monday, saying they’re working toward completing the Electronic Health Record restoration across their entire ministry by the end of the week of June 14.

During the June 4 event, Ascension said they’re working expeditiously alongside industry-leading cybersecurity experts to restore their systems safely.

They insisted that their hospitals and facilities remain open as they continue providing patient care.

Ascension reported positive developments, including announcing that it restored EHR access in the Florida, Alabama, and Austin markets.

With the successful restoration, healthcare providers can now access patient records as before the cyber attack on May 8, bringing relief and normalcy.

Ascension Rx retail, home delivery, and specialty pharmacy sites are now open and fully operational, ready to meet your prescription needs. This means that healthcare providers can transmit prescriptions electronically and send them to Ascension Rx pharmacies for their patients.
