An Iowa woman nearly sells a baseball bat in a garage sale that belonged to baseball legend Jackie Robinson.
The woman tried selling it for $1, but a man caught her off guard when he realized it was Robinson’s from the print on the bat’s barrel and the more oversized knob at the end.
The gem is all thanks to a particular connection she had with Robinson.
Her uncle played baseball with him back in the late 1940s.
The bat will be featured on Antiques Roadshow. It’s worth $15,000 to $20,000.
