DETROIT – The John Shippen National Invitational tournament presented by Rocket Mortgage takes place at the Detroit Golf Club this weekend.
The tournament takes place on Sunday, June 23, 2024. It’s free for the community to come out and support the players. The gates open at 9 a.m. and tee times start at 10 a.m. Free parking and shuttles are available at University of Detroit Mercy McNichols Campus.
This is the 4th annual tournament. It’s the prelude to the Rocket Mortgage Classic. On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, is the party and meet and greet with the Shippen players from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Lockeroom Sports Bar on Livernois Avenue.
