Warren man accused of sexually assaulting 7-year-old girl

Man faces first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct charges

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A 33-year-old Warren man is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.

James Dandre Hall is accused of sexually assaulting the child at his home on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

He has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with the defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13 years old, a life felony. He is also charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with the defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13 years old, a 15-year felony.

Hall was arraigned in 37 Warren District Court where Warren District Court Chief Judge John Chmura set bond at $100,000 cash/surety and if released Hall must not have any contact with the victim or any minors. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2.
