DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is seeking information regarding the theft and assault-and-battery of two women.

The incident occurred on Saturday (June 22) at 4:45 p.m. at a beauty supply store in the 20100 block of West Warren Avenue while two women were being investigated by an employee for a possible larceny.

Officials say another employee and the 50-year-old victim were assaulted by one of the women as she was recording the incident.

The women fled in a black 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with Michigan license plate #EHW5786.
