DETROIT – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the people in a breaking-and-entering into a dealership in the Village of Dundee.

The incident occurred Wednesday (July 3) at 5 a.m. at Williams Brothers Dodge Chrysler Ram in the 4706 block N Ann Arbor Road.

The Monroe County Central Dispatch received an alarm activation at the dealership, and within several minutes, the first deputy arrived on the scene to find the business had been broken into.

Officials said they searched the property and found a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, recently stolen from a dealership in Imlay City, abandoned in the parking lot.

The Uniform Services Division and Detective Bureau are still investigating the incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact officials at 734-240-7700 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak-up.
