2 Michigan campgrounds among hardest-to-book in U.S.

Two Michigan campgrounds are ranked in the top 10 hardest-to-book campgrounds in the United States.

Last week, the Dyrt, a popular camping trip planning website, released their list of the 10 hardest to book campgrounds in the U.S. Campgrounds from seven states rounded out the top ten, including two from Michigan.

The singer from Oakland County who was widely criticized following a strange National Anthem rendition said she was drunk at the time of the performance.

Ingrid Andress, a country music star who was born in Southfield, performed the Star-Spangled Banner before Monday night’s MLB Home Run Derby in Texas.

Warren man openly admits to killing wife with pillow at their home, police say

A Warren man openly admitted that he killed his wife with a pillow at their home, police said.

Officers said they were called around 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2024, to a home in the 24000 block of Loretta Avenue, near Stephens and Ryan roads.

DTW rebuilding 67 bathrooms in McNamara Terminal -- occupied lights, shelves, stools, more

Detroit Metro Airport is completely stripping down and rebuilding 67 bathrooms in the McNamara Terminal.

DTW officials said the upgrades include terrazzo tile flooring, lights that indicate whether stalls are occupied, sink step stools, oversized sinks, individual lighted mirrors, convenience shelving in stalls and urinals, and light-up entry signage.
