DETROIT – A family is still seeking answers more than a year after a man’s remains were found in Detroit.
Rickey Owens was reported missing in July 2022. His skeletal remains were discovered on Feb. 9, 2023, in the area of South Crossley and Gould streets in Detroit.
His death was ruled a homicide.
