Michigan State Police seeks man convicted of sexual assault, running a drug house

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Michigan State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a convicted felon wanted on multiple felony warrants.

According to authorities, Stephen (Steve) Philip Foster is wanted on multiple warrants -- including possession and distribution or promotion of child sexual abusive activity and failure to register as a sex offender. Police said he was previously convicted of second-degree criminal sexual contact with a person under 13, firearms possession by a felon and maintaining a drug house.

Police describe Foster as standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. Foster was last seen in Kentwood, just south of Grand Rapids, but his current whereabouts are unknown and he may have left the state.
