Severe thunderstorm warning expires for Macomb, Oakland counties

4Warn Weather – The severe thunderstorm warning for Macomb and Oakland counties has expired.

The National Weather Service issued the warning at 4:03 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23.

A severe thunderstorm was located near Royal Oak or near Warren Avenue, moving east at 15 MPH.

This severe thunderstorm will be near Warren, Sterling Heights, and Clinton around 4:10 p.m., St. Clair Shores around 4:20 p.m., and Mount Clemens around 4:30 p.m.

Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Madison Heights, Roseville, Clawson, Hazel Park, Fraser, Eastpointe, Center Line, Clinton Township, Ferndale, and Pleasant Ridge.
