ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. – A citywide garage sale will take place next weekend in St. Clair Shores, and more than 1,100 houses are expected to participate.
The St. Clair Shores citywide garage sale begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, and Sunday, Aug. 18.
This is the second year the Cool City Committee organized a citywide garage sale. In 2023, the event had more than 820 houses participate in the sale.
Sign ups to sell during the event have been closed. Shoppers are encouraged to plan their route ahead of time, bring cash, and remember to be kind.
Organizers said that because they had so many people participating in the sale, they created three maps that are organized by zip code. A full list of participants is available by clicking here.

Organizers recommend downloading the Google maps app to see all registered sellers in a particular zip code.
