Detroit police search for driver in critical hit-and-run involving 46-year-old man

Condition of man is unknown at this time

DETROIT – The Detroit Police Department is searching for the driver involved in a critical hit-and-run crash involving a 46-year-old man.

The incident occurred on Sunday (March 24) at 12:33 a.m. in the area of Grand River Avenue and Plymouth Road.

Officials say the person was driving a blue 2004-2006 Chrysler Pacifica, which turned in front of the 46-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle and struck him before fleeing the scene.

Officials say the 46-year-old man was transported to a Metro Detroit hospital and was listed in critical condition.
