Northbound I-75 reopens after crash at 8 Mile prompts closure

DETROIT – A stretch of I-75 on the Detroit border was closed for a few hours due to a crash.

The crash happened at about 1 p.m., Monday, Aug. 26. According to MDOT, all northbound lanes of I-75 were closed at Eight Mile Road.

Authorities announced just before 3 p.m. that the crash was cleared and normal traffic had resumed.
