Man stabbed by coworker during argument in Bedford Township

BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A man was stabbed by his coworker during an argument in Bedford Township, police said.

The attack happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, in the 7100 block of Crabb Road.

Officials said two 39-year-old men got into an argument that escalated into a physical fight. One man pulled out a knife and stabbed the other on the forearm.

The knife-wielding man fled before police arrived.

Monroe County deputies said they found the victim bleeding from the arm when they got to the scene. He was taken to Toledo ProMedica Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Monroe County officials continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at 734-240-7530.
