Jordan Wagner, 30, formerly of Dearborn Heights and now a resident of Guam, was extradited to Wayne County to face charges of criminal sexual conduct.
Court documents revealed that the U.S. Marshals Service returned the 30-year-old to Michigan and into custody at the Dearborn Police Department last week before his arraignment on Tuesday (Aug. 27) on one count of first-degree CSC and three counts of second-degree CSC as part of the ongoing investigation.

The second-degree CSC is a 15-year felony, and first-degree CSC is a potential life-sentence offense.
Court documents revealed that Wagner remains in jail in the Wayne County Criminal Justice Complex and appeared again before the 19th District Court in Dearborn on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024.
Wagner is accused of sexually assaulting a pre-teen relative during a brief visit to her home in 2012.
Officials say the pre-teen reported the incident eight years later in 2020, and the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office charged Wagner with the four felony counts in December of that year.
It was unknown that Wagner was living in Guam, though extradition proved cost-prohibitive for Metro Detroit agencies.
Funding for the extradition was allocated in 2024 from the recently announced $1 million state appropriation to fund Operation Survivor Justice.
Wagner will appear before the 19th District Court on Dec. 4, 2024.
