DETROIT – Police are searching for a man who was involved in the non-fatal shooting on Detroit’s east side.

The shooting occurred on Monday (Sept. 12) at 12:53 a.m. in the 1000 block Lenox Street where a 50-year-old man and Brandon Gaynor, 48, were involved in a verbal altercation outside of the location.

Officials say during the confrontation that Gaynor fired shots at the victim, striking him.

Gaynor is considered armed and dangerous.
