38-year-old man accused of running Port Huron drug house

PORT HURON, Mich. – A 38-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into the sales of narcotics in Port Huron.

According to authorities, the investigation led to a search warrant being executed at a home on Kearney Street, near 11th Avenue on Sept. 10. Police said they discovered and seized 183 of crystal methamphetamine, 25 grams of cocaine, 25 grams of crack cocaine, about 100 pills, seven grams of psilocybin hallucinogens, suboxone strips and other drug-related contraband,

Corey Sheffer was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with four counts of possession with intent and one count of maintaining a drug house.

His bond was set at $50,000.
