One Michigan city ranked among most rodent-infested cities nationwide

One Michigan city was ranked in the top 50 most rodent-infested cities in the nation.

The most rodent-infested city nationwide is—you guessed it—New York City, followed by two Californian cities, San Francisco and Los Angeles. One Michigan city made it to the list.

Terminix, a pest control company, created the ranking system. The list was generated using the company’s service data from over 300 Terminix branches between August 2023 and July 2024.

Prosecutor says video evidence supports self-defense claim in Eastern Market tailgate shooting

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has cleared the gunman in the shooting at a Detroit Lions tailgate in the Eastern Market as she ruled it a case of self-defense.

The decision has led to many questions about how Michigan’s self-defense laws work.

Video of the shooting where two men lost their lives has been released, and what’s seen on it from the moment the fatal shot was fired to the decision that the shooter won’t face any charges was shocking.

$50M lawsuit filed after intentional crash in Westland costs new father his leg

Newlywed father of 3-month-old twins Luke Vinsko lost his leg after being pinned between two cars after his neighbor reportedly crashed her vehicle on purpose.

“I saw a red car coming at us, and I watched as it hit him and pinned him between her car and his,” recalled Haley Vinskos.

Despite neighbors calling the police 45 minutes earlier due to the neighbor’s erratic behavior, police did not respond in time. Now, the Vinskos are filing a $50 million lawsuit, and neighbors want to know why the police response was delayed.
