The event will celebrate the firemen and families who were part of the Mount Clemens Fire Department from 1883 through 1950.
Actors will share the stories of seven firemen and then a tour guide will lead groups through the cemetery to each resting place of each fireman. The tours will start every 20 minutes, so guests can arrive throughout the day.
The annual fundraiser will also include speakers presenting information about the history of the Mount Clemens fire departments and the Gamewell fire alarm system in Mount Clemens. Proceeds from the event will help support the museum’s mission to provide educational programs that feature history on the city and Macomb County.
Tickets are $18 for members of the Macomb County Historical Society and $20 for non-members.
Tickets and tour times may be reserved by calling the Crocker House Museum at 586-465-2488. You can find more information on crockerhousemuseum.org
