DETROIT – It’s set to be the legendary concert at Ford Field! The Piano Man will perform for one night on one stage alongside a legendary Fleetwood Mac member.
Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks will perform at Ford Field Saturday, March 29, 2025. Tickets go on sale on Ticketmaster at 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024.

The last time Joel was in town was July 9, 2022, at Comerica Park where 37,000 fans packed the sold-out ballpark. He brought some of his best hits to the stage like “My Life,” “Just the Way You Are,” “Piano Man,” and “Uptown Girl.” Nicks just performed in Grand Rapids this past Tuesday and was in Detroit last Nov.
Next year’s concert is set to be the biggest concert in the state this century. Joel’s Comerica Park concert was one of his biggest Michigan concerts ever. Ford Field holds more people than Comerica Park. As far this next concert goes, we’ll have to wait and see what the singer has up his sleeve this go around.
Billy Joel is a 5-time Grammy Award winner. He won song and record of the year in 1979 for his hit “Just The Way You Are” and won the Grammy Legend Award in 1992. Other achievements include the People’s Choice Award for favorite male artist in 1979 and American Music Award of merit in 1999.
