MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – One person is dead and three people, including the alleged drunk driver, were injured after a head-on crash in Macomb County on Saturday.

Police said it happened on Sept. 21 just before 10:30 p.m. when the suspect was seen by witnesses driving southbound on North Avenue drifting into the northbound lane. Two cars that were traveling northbound were able to swerve to avoid crashing into the suspect, but the suspect veered into the northbound lane—crashing into a car head-on at the intersection of North Avenue and Rochelle Drive.
