$5K reward for Detroiter accused of rape, kidnapping in west Michigan

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – Law enforcement on Michigan’s west side are looking for a Detroiter accused of rape and kidnapping.

Authorities in Ottawa County are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Sabah Al-Talaqani, who reportedly was last known to live in Detroit.

The Ottawa County Prosecutor said Al-Talaqani has been charged with rape, kidnapping and felonious assault. His bond was set at $500,000 cash, no 10%.

He is known to have connections in Michigan, Washington, Ohio, Florida and Georgia.
