A 5-year-old girl and a man were shot Tuesday evening on Detroit’s west side.
The shooting happened on Oct. 1 at 5:45 p.m. in the 9300 block of Plainview Avenue.
Officials said they had a scout car in the area on an additional run when a ‘ShotSpotter’ alert said there were 13 shots fired in the area.
