‘Greatest show in sports’ coming to Grand Rapids area in 2025

KENT COUNTY, Mich. – The Banana Ball World Tour will be coming to Michigan.

The Party Animals and the Firefighters will face each other in Kent County from June 12, 2025, through June 13, 2025, at LMCU Ballpark.

The games are done differently than typical baseball games. There is a two-hour time limit, it’s a strike if a hitter steps out of the box, the team with the most runs in an inning gets a point, and many more different rules.

Tickets can be purchased online only through their lottery list. Anyone interested can sign up now until Nov. 1, 2024. After joining the list, a random drawing will take place two months before the event. Those who get drawn can buy the tickets starting at $35.
