The 30-page complaint alleges nine counts, including defamation, breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Tracy claims Tucker sexually harassed her during a phone call in April 2022 and retaliated against her after she filed a complaint.

The lawsuit seeks a jury trial and unspecified damages for harm to her professional reputation.

Tucker, who sued Michigan State University for wrongful termination, has previously stated the relationship with Tracy was consensual.
