DETROIT – Today, a story that surprised even me. I received a call to the Help Me Hank tipline from Nichole in Walled Lake, she explained to me she was dead.
Yes, you heard me right -- dead. What she meant was some of the credit bureaus accidentally recorded her as deceased, however she’s very much alive!
Reaching the bureaus has been a challenge. I have the contact information listed here if you have an issue. However, I suggest reaching out via social media. You will likely get a faster response. These companies (and many others) now have teams dedicated to connecting to connecting with customers via various social media channels.
