The 2025 Detroit Auto Show returns to Huntington Place, (formerly TCF Center and Cobo Hall) January 10-20 and tickets are on sale.
The past two years, the auto show was held in September as organizers focused more on outdoor experiences to draw more consumers.

The 2025 auto show will return to January with the Chairty Preview, Industry Days and the public show. The lineup includes new products and emerging technologies and increased hands-on experiences and educational programming.
Charity Preview
Friday, Jan. 10; 5 p.m. -9 p.m.
A Motor City signature event, Charity Preview has raised over $125 million for children’s charities in Southeastern Michigan since 1976, including more than $100 million over the past 25 years.
Tickets: $400 each or $700 for a pair
Industry Days
Wednesday, Jan. 15 & Thursday, Jan. 16; 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Industry Days will feature exclusive industry access hours and three core areas of programming:
- Mobility Global Forum
- AutoMobili-D technology showcase
- Future Leaders Forum Presented by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Office of Future Mobility and Electrification

Public Show
- Saturday, Jan. 11 - Tuesday, Jan. 14; 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, Jan. 15 & Thursday, Jan. 16; 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Friday, Jan. 17 – Sunday, Jan. 19; 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Monday, Jan. 20 Martin Luther King Jr. Day; 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
