DETROIT – Vice President Kamala Harris has unveiled new proposals targeting Black men as she tries to shore up those votes ahead of election day.
According to the campaign, Black entrepreneurs and others would get fully forgivable loans of up to $20,000 to start a business.
The campaign plans to promote the agenda at several upcoming events, including a radio town hall in Detroit this week called “We the People,” hosted by radio host Charlamagne Tha God.
