CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are looking for an 18-year-old with special needs.
According to authorities, Jammie Bell Jr. left home -- located near the intersection of Warren and Canton Center roads -- and was last seen walking east on Ford Road with a suitcase.
