Burglary at clothing store on Detroit’s west side caught on camera

Community urged to assist identification

DETROIT – Police are asking for the public‘s help in identifying two people in a burglary on Detroit’s west side.

It happened at about 5 a.m. on Oct. 20 at a business located near the intersection of Joy Road and Mendota Street. Police said two men broke into and stole from a clothing store in the area.

Surveillance footage of the burglary can be seen in the video player above.

One suspect is described as being a man in his 50s with a gray goatee wearing a baseball cap with “BOSS” on it.

The other suspect is described as a bald man in his late 40s with a beard.
