An Eastern Michigan University professor is suspended after being arrested in a child predator sting operation with Chris Hansen.
The sting took place last month at an undisclosed residence in Huron Township.
The professor’s arrest is featured in an episode of “Takedown with Chris Hansen” on TruBlu.
Mastodon bones found in Michigan to be exhibited in Grand Rapids
The bones of a mastodon found outside Grand Rapids in 2022 have been restored and are almost ready to go on display to the public.
The bones have been undergoing restoration at the Community Archives and Research Center for the Grand Rapids Public Museum since being discovered two years ago.
Dr. Corey Redman has led the effort to clean and piece together the 80% intact specimen.
Argument leads to woman being run over by car in Detroit’s east side
An argument between three women early Thursday morning in Detroit’s east side led to one of them being run over by a car.
Detroit police said it happened near the intersection of Harper and Conner at around 2 a.m. on Oct. 24.
