Ronald Kevin Hill, 36, of Macomb County, has been charged in two cases in connection with selling drugs, resulting in death and possession of child sexually abusive material.
Court documents revealed on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, a 30-year-old woman overdosed in Clinton Township near Clinton River and Romeo Plank.

After an extensive investigation by the Clinton Township Police Department, it was determined that Hill allegedly sold the woman drugs that led to her death.
The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office received a warrant request on Tuesday (Oct. 29), which was authorized the same day.
The 36-year-old man was charged with delivery of a controlled substance causing death, a life felony, and delivery of fentanyl less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony.
On Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, Hill was charged in 41B Clinton Township District Court, where a $50,000 personal bond was set.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
Hill allegedly, on Oct. 29, was arrested by the Clinton Township police officers on the authorized warrant, where they found cocaine on him.
After further investigation, Clinton Township officers discovered child sexually abusive material on his phone.
On Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, another warrant request was presented to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office and was authorized the same day.
The 36-year-old man was charged with three counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, 10-year felonies, and delivery of a controlled substance less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony.
On Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, Hill was charged in Shelby District Court, where the Court set the bond at $500,000 cash/surety only.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at 9 a.m. via Zoom, and a preliminary exam is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, at 2 p.m.
