When they arrived, Greenwood and Arlo performed a track, which led them to the missing person. Due to their work, the person was found unharmed.

Greenwood was recently given a K9 Life Saving Award from the National Association of Professional Canine Handlers in Alpena. In addition, he received recognition from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office earlier this year.

“Congratulations Deputy Greenwood and K-9 Arlo, thank you for all of your continued hard work and dedicated service to the citizens of Monroe County,” the sheriff’s office said.
