MUNISING, Mich. – Michigan State Police are investigating after hikers found a body that washed ashore from Lake Superior along Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore on Friday.
Troopers responded to the lakeshore near Miners Beach after the hikers who saw the body called 911.
The body couldn’t be positively identified, according to state police.
Authorities also say foul play isn’t suspected, and an investigation is ongoing.
