Michigan State Police detectives seized drugs, guns and found an alligator during a search of a home in a Downriver Community.
Five-hundred grams of methamphetamine, 10 grams of heroin, 6 grams of cocaine, 371 grams of various pills (which include oxycodone, gabapentin, and acetaminophen) and nine firearms were seized by detectives.

An alligator was also located in the home. The gator was turned over to a local animal shelter.
The suspect was arrested and is pending prosecutor’s review. Police did not say which city the search took place.
