Video: 17 dogs seized from truck in Grand Rapids

Dogs were found in mid-October

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Disturbing body camera video from the state’s west side shows the moment officers seized 17 dogs from a single pickup truck.

The incident happened in Walker, Michigan, Which sits just west of Grand Rapids.

The dogs were found in mid-October after someone reported several dogs in a truck parked outside a restaurant.

When officers arrived, they found dogs in the truck full of feces and no water.

Local 4 was told the dogs were taken to the Kent County animal shelter, and the owner was charged.
